Business Leader, IT

I personally thought your slot Kevin at the leadership event was great and was positively received by all. I think it was pitched at just the right level and really helped the team think differently. I'd very much like to continue with something similar.

Chief Executive, Financial Services

Kevin is charming, humorous and perceptive and as a result the training was fun, stimulating and one of the best experiences ever.

Karen is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnell & Development and has a range of Learning & Development qualifications as well as Prince 2 in Project Management.

Karen's began her career as a Hotel Manager. Karen has always believed that this experience of hard work, long hours, managing multiple departments and a number of staff set her in good stead for her future career.

Karen started working in Learning & Development as a "project trainer" rolling out a new nationwide initiative to teams of people, who would return to their place of work from the training with a new way of working, new roles and a new look and feel to their working environment. "This was an extremely rewarding experience, having the opportunity to work with whole teams all at the same time was excellent"

After a few years, on her feet delivering and designing training, Karen took the plunge down a different avenue as a Learning & Development Manager.

Managing a large team of Training Consultants to analyse, design, deliver and measure the effectiveness of learning, whilst at the same time managing a number of learning projects.

Whilst working in the financial sector Karen was identified for her leadership capabilities and successfully entered a high potential talent programme which provided excellent development opportunities that Karen embraced and have helped her to focus on her strengths and learn a lot about herself.

All of these experiences gave Karen the insight to confirm that she had found her niche. "I want to carry on developing individuals and teams to be the best they can be and inspire learning consultancy enables me to do just that"

Karens strengths are strategic orientation, commercial focus and transformational leadership
